Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many patients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement.
What ages do you see?
We provide in-office and telehealth psychiatric services for patients ages 8 and older, including children, adolescents, and adults.
How do telehealth visits work?
After scheduling, you'll receive a secure video link. You can join from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.
What states do you serve?
We are licensed to provide psychiatric services to patients located in Indiana, both in-office at our Martinsville location and via telehealth.
How soon can I be seen?
We strive to schedule new patients within 1–2 weeks of their initial request. Urgent needs are accommodated as quickly as possible.
