At Mind Body Health & Wellness, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through our mindbodyhealth philosophy. We believe in a holistic approach that nurtures both the body and mind, treating the whole person rather than just symptoms.
We offer telehealth mental health services for individuals aged eight and older, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. Our innovative treatments include NeuroStar TMS therapy and Spravato for those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.
As an out-of-network telehealth provider, we are committed to making quality psychiatric care accessible to patients from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Based in Martinsville, Indiana, we serve patients across Indiana.

Meet Amy Burchett, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner · Founder
Amy began her career in the medical field in 2003 as a Surgical Technician, earned her RN in 2007, and became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine in 2021. With over two decades of hands-on clinical experience, Amy brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to psychiatric care.
Recognizing a significant gap in mental health care access, she obtained her Psychiatric Mental Health degree to enhance the services she offers at our mindbodyhealth center. In 2024, Amy transitioned to working exclusively in substance use and mental health care management.
Today, Amy offers compassionate, integrative care including telehealth psychiatric services, NeuroStar TMS therapy, and Spravato treatment for patients ages 8 and older across Indiana.
